Research On The Evaluation Of The Core Competence Of Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises Based On SA-LSTM

In recent years,with the maturity and improvement of cross-border payment and cross-border logistics and the support of the national “Belt and Road” strategy,cross-border e-commerce has made great progress in our country.However,in the process of carrying out business,China's cross-border e-commerce enterprises generally have some problems of insufficient competitive strength and no obvious competitive advantage.Therefore,how to improve the core competitiveness of China's crossborder e-commerce enterprises has become a difficult problem in front of us.In view of this,the paper takes to improve the core competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises as the research goal.Firstly,on the basis of studying the evaluation index system of enterprise core competence,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system which is applicable to the core competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises;Then the evaluation model of the core competence of crossborder e-commerce enterprises based on SA-LSTM is constructed and the model is applied to evaluate the core competitiveness of the main crossborder e-commerce enterprises listed in China;Finally,on this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the core competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,so as to promote the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The core competitiveness evaluation index system of the core competence of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is established.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the evaluation index system of enterprise core competence,the paper establishes 8 first-level indicators and 31 second-level indicators,which together constitute the core competitiveness evaluation index system of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.(2)The core competitiveness evaluation model of cross-border ecommerce enterprises based on SA-LSTM is constructed.This paper uses simulated annealing algorithm(SA)to optimize the long-term and shortterm memory network(LSTM neural network),establishes an evaluation model of the core competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises based on SA-LSTM and conducts experimental comparisons with LSTM neural network model and BP neural network model,verifying the feasibility and superiority of the model.(3)The core competitiveness of the main cross-border e-commerce enterprises listed in China is evaluated.The evaluation model based on SALSTM neural network constructed in this paper is applied to evaluate the core competitiveness of 23 domestic listed cross-border e-commerce enterprises.(4)The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is put forward.According to the evaluation results,it is found that the core competitiveness of China's cross-border e-commerce enterprises is relatively weak,the innovation is not strong,the financial situation is uneven and the construction of logistics facilities is not perfect.In view of that,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of innovation,finance,logistics,marketing,policy and talents,so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of China's cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
