With the development of Internet technology and the acceleration of international trade liberalization and facilitation,cross-border e-commerce has developed from the foreign trade information service mode of online display and offline transaction to the integration of B2 C,C2C and other modes,becoming a new business form of foreign trade.In China’s cross-border e-commerce business,export occupies a major position.Export cross-border e-commerce enterprises have new opportunities,but also face many challenges such as product homogeneity and lack of professionals,so it is difficult to have differentiation advantages in the increasingly fierce international competition.As an important ability of enterprises,core competitiveness is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of export cross-border e-commerce enterprises.This paper first introduces the concepts of cross-border export e-commerce and core competitiveness,reviews the research status of cross-border e-commerce,enterprise core competitiveness and core competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,takes A-share listed enterprises of cross-border export e-commerce as samples,and uses the mutation series method to quantify core competitiveness of enterprises.Combined with the existing studies and the characteristics of export cross-border e-commerce enterprises,the core competitiveness score was taken as the explained variable,and four influencing factors including government support,innovation ability,human resources and self-built platform were selected as explanatory variables.Tobit regression was used to explore the mechanism of influencing factors of core competitiveness.The empirical results show that all factors have a significant impact on the core competitiveness of export cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and Anker Innovation as an example to verify the empirical results;Finally,the government should increase support,enterprises should increase research and development investment,pay attention to the introduction and training of talents,build independent cross-border e-commerce stations and other countermeasures and suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of export cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
