With the development of information technology and artificial intelligence,the reserve and training of key talents plays a vital role in development of enterprises.As an important part of human resource management,the construction of talent pool has increasingly become the key for enterprises to select and cultivate backbone talents.S province supply and marketing group manages 10 enterprises funded by supply and marketing cooperatives,among which there are traditional collective enterprises established in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China and new high-tech new industry platforms.Under the background of first subsidiary and later parent company,the problem of unreasonable talent structure becomes increasingly prominent.State-owned enterprises widespread team member age structure is big,with the reserve talented person fault,high-level management personnel education level is low,the lack of professional personnel,management personnel pay less attractive,these problems have seriously restricted the development of enterprise,talent pool construction for at the transition stage of the state-owned enterprises is a priority.This paper starts from the related concept and connotation of talent pool construction,referring to the theoretical research and operation practice of talent pool construction at home and abroad,and systematically expounds the strategic and necessity of talent pool construction.At the same time,taking supply and marketing group of S province as the research object,this paper conducts indepth and specific research on the links of talent selection,personnel evaluation,talent training,dynamic management,and talent application.Based on the internal and external factors of group companies and collective-owned enterprises,and under the guidance of scientific management theory,this paper actively explores the way of talent cultivation in state-owned enterprises.From the long-term perspective of enterprise development strategy,according to the current situation of the enterprise,we should adopt classified policies,make efforts with precision and make steady progress,avoid one-size-fits-all and rush for success,and constantly promote the construction of talent team of state-owned enterprises,laying a solid foundation for the revitalization of stateowned enterprises.Through field investigation and investigation,the demand of state-owned enterprises for talents is clarified,so that the talent team of state-owned enterprises can be fully cultivated and flow effectively.Then design feasible Suggestions for the construction of talent pool,which can better escort the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprise,promote the growth and development of employees,so as to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can be sustainable management.
