INTEC,AMDOCS,ForLink,AsiaInfo,COMPTEL and many other mature software products from domestic and foreign manufacturers were involved. This kind of products has certain priority in system stability, fast realization of regular business and so on, yet it still has its disadvantages in some special customization aspects such as customer amount, charging type, event number and business regulation.In view of the operations and maintenance of event processing flow in the new billing system, everyday problems and from timeliness, accuracy and integrality aspects of event processing, the essay classified the product materials and researched the product characteristics. By using some project management methods, the essay also developed《Project Scope Statement》and handled WBS working drawings. By using the PDCA cycle working patterns, five specific optimization tasks were completed including improving processing rules, heightening monitoring procedures, improving dealing loopholes, adjusting business rules and conducting management system.
