Broadband access and the related applications represent a long-term strategic task of Fixed-line operators. With the development of IP Network Applications and increasingly growing demands from the market, the broadband services are undergoing a stage of great expansion. As more and more services such as NGN, IPTV, VPN, ICP/ISP and 3G, are available, on the one hand, tasks and challenges are posed to the previous broadband network, which requires the network's performances be heightened, and usability, safety and extensibility further enhanced. On the other hand, problems encountered by the users when they access to Internet with the broadband services, such as slow data stream, instability and abnormal off-lines, which may leave negative impression in their network perception, are highlighted. Such problems are also the major factors that dissatisfy the users in accessing to the Internet and bring about complaints.Therefore, from the perspective of network technology and provision of after-sales services, it is of far-reaching significance to enhance the brand image of broadband services in XX City and sharpen its competitive edge by optimizing the quality of broadband network, offering high-class service contents, ensuring the after-sales services, honoring commitments and enhancing customer perception on network access.This paper concentrates on the study of factors that influence the perception of customers from the perspective of broadband network technology and the related after-sales services in XX City. Assessment and analysis are made over the links involving in customer perception such as the whole structure of broadband network, services delivery and supports of after-sales services. Key problems that need to be solved are raises and project teams organized for that effect. In the process of carrying out the project, a series of methods relating to project management are applied so as to ensure the project progress, and correctness and maneuverability of its achievements. This paper also emphasizes on conclusions made for the methods and modes of quality control during the implementation of the project, which can provide reference to the task of practicability conducted in the future.
