Study On The Risk Management Of Billing System Innovation Project

As the opening and innovation of telecommunication market step by step, cut-throat competition has been occurred in this area in recent years. China Network Communications Corporation (CNC) decides to innovate the billing system in order to improve accounting management and support competition in the market. Anything could be happened in project progress, billing innovation is all the same, which is some kind of management innovation project. Risk management of innovation project has some special characters itself, which is different from general project risk. So correct understanding of the characters and affections of risk management in management innovation project is very important for carrying out management innovation more efficiently.At first, this thesis gives some general information of project management and latest states of risk research in management innovation project, and review the work of billing innovation. Then through linking theory with practice, it focus on studying in some management techniques such as risk planning, risk identification, risk evaluation, risk countermeasure etc. Author takes lots of words in main method and key technique of risk management in billing innovation. At last it summarizes some methods of risk management in management innovation project, these methods could be useful for the telecommunication corporation in risk management of innovation project.
