Research On The Orgnizing Mode Of Network Maintenance Project Team For Communication Operator

The communication industry develops rapidly during the past ten years in China. It brings both opportunity and challenge to each communication operator. Now the network maintenance not longer means to finish the regular maintenance only but also needs each communication operator to finish many "project" to improve the quality of its network. So the problem how to organize a project team for the network maintenance project has become much more important to each communication operator.To solve this problem, we must base on the theory of project management. Meanwhile I also made deep analyze on characteristic of network maintenance of communication operator and the environmental of each communication operator. Then I aim at the problem of the organization mode of network maintenance project team for communication operator to bring out my own opinion one the construction mode which based on "Internal Competition". What's more I provide the "dynamic organization" mode as a supplement for the "Internal Competition" mode. At last, I'll give some advice on the spread and application of the construction mode. The research will provide a reference of the organizing mode of network maintenance project team for communication operator. It can help communication operator to organize a team which can do the network maintenance project well.
