The Analysis Of Cooperation And Competition Behavior Between Team Members--Based On The Life Cycle Of Project Team

With the development of knowledge economy, the application of project teams increasingly widespread. But according to authoritative survey, most working effectiveness of the project team is not satisfactory with poor performance. It is because that most of previous studies conduct the research from the whole to the team, less specific type of team, the project team's research is more scarce, even in a small number of studies for the project team, the discussion of this issue are mostly focused on the team output, less on the analysis of the importance of input variables to team process, and the empirical research is less.In view of this, this article will turn the object to the specific project team; analyze the interpersonal behavior of project team member via the method of theoretical exploration and empirical research unified, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis unified.On the basis of interpersonal interaction (cooperation and competition) theory, organizational incentive compensation theory, combined with the life-cycle theory of project team(including the formation, breaking, norms, effectiveness and the dissolution of 5 stage) and the members of diverse theories, make the project team life-cycle a variable which affects the team members cooperation and competition further through affecting the team members'diverse level and incentive compensation, then establish different types of human interaction. Through empirical research, using correlation and regression analysis methods to build the road map of project team members cooperating and competing behavior. Finally in a mathematical model detailed analysis about the behavioral characteristics of team members and its impact factors in different stage was given, proposed constructive comments for the effective management of the project to manager.
