IT technology is extended to everywhere of social life, the whole life cycle in every IT project will get four stages, the start-up phase, the planning stage, the implementation stage and closure stage, In the whole stage, internal communication management project is implemented, and plays an important role in the success of the project. If the software suppliers can’t prepare communication management insufficiently, or are not aware of the importance of management communication, it is easy to make the project communication barriers, and the failure of the project communication brings difficulty to the project implementation, often leads to the customers who are not satisfied with the services which are provided by software supplier. Therefore, how to effectively communicate and influence on IT project implementation to understand what factors influence, to improve the implementation which has the important practical guide to the success of IT project.This thesis based on ’the model of American consumer satisfaction index’, which build ’project internal communication satisfaction model’, make full use of interview method, design project of internal communication satisfaction about each variable in the model of measurement and questionnaire. SPSS software is applied to describe the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis and use the multiple regression analysis to test the communication quality expectations, perceived value, perceived quality effect on project internal communication satisfaction and its influence on the success of the project. The results show that internal team of project personnel communication quality expectation directly affects the internal team communication satisfaction; communication perceived quality indirectly affects internal team communication satisfaction by perceived value; perceived value directly influences the internal team communication satisfaction; internal project team on project communication satisfaction is to determine the success or failure of the project.Study on the current situation of E company, based on the model, and use the theory of stakeholder and social network’s theory and use SPSS software to advance the solution. Put forward the successful implementation of IT projects of internal communication required for the project, help E do a better job of project internal communication management, avoid the problems caused by the failure of the project.
