| This paper is mainly about the improvement system of performance management of the BF Company which is a knowledge-intensive enterprise. This essay which is directed by the performance management theory points out the shortage of the running performance management system of the BF Company based on the results of the questionnaire survey and the analysis of the characteristics of the knowledgeable employee, and appraises the current evaluation system of performance management. The performance management model based on the matrix structure of the BF Company is given out to improve the performance management. It is also hoped that this essay could be used to give reference to the relevant matrix organizations. At the same time, the PDCA cycle of performance management theory is applied to build up the better performance management system. It is of great practical significance to present some constructive proposal to effectively implement the performance management system of the BF Company in this thesis. |
