At knowledgeable economy age,Strategic resource that the enterprise mostly has is the knowledge and the carrier of the knowledge—knowledgeable employee. Whether effectively managage and use this strategic resources fully is the key of the enterprise success. The enterprise must carry on organization transformation and system innovation correspondingly ,in order to create performance management system that can effectively manage the knowledge employee. But the present majority enterprises still could not get rid of the traditional personnel management pattern, for the lack of understanding of the knowledgeable employee, it equates them with the manual laborer, excessively depend upon the mechanical management form such as the monitoring, the instruction, the order and etc,which has limited the knowledge employees' individuality and creativity display to a great extent. There are some enterprises that have realized the new management pattern should be used for this special worker community,the knowledgeable employee, but there is no set of operational pattern to follow,The traditional way have to be used.The enterprises in western counties have perfect and more plentiful performance management theory and practical experience.It will be a good help to solve the problems in our country if we can summarize their success experience. But today the research on the knowledgeable employee's performance management is Limited.This thesis will take effort to discuss how to make effective and innovative of and set up knowledgeable employee's performance management based on knowledgeable employee's value added.So that it can put forward the new solution and measure of the problem in Chinese enterprises.This thesis analyze the characteristic of the knowledgeable employee,Research on the current situation of the knowledgeable employees' performance management, discuss deeply in the performance management flow, based on input, operation, output as the clue, construct the performance system of the knowledgeable employee based upon value added.First is the construction of performance input system of the knowledgeable employee, This part illustrate formation of the knowledgeable employee ability is the basis of the performance input of the knowledgeable employee, provides the precondition with the knowledgeable employee value added.
