Research Of Quality Management On Project Of CNC's International Correspondance For The Olympics

The paper is based on Total Quality Management (TQM) named as "Juran trilogy" which is incorporated with many technologies such as nervous system prediction, extraction of correlated rules in Data Dig of computer science, to complete the research on project of guarantee for key correspondence of CNC ITMC in Beijing Olympics. Integrating the reality of working, the paper manly discusses the following issues:1. Briefly summarize the overall quality management, introduce the development of Total Quality Management system in our country.2. By using of BP algorithm in Data Dig integrated with Matlab, predict the 5-days average period of time of breakdown in order to gain a satisfied result. Research correlated rules in Data Dig, propose a new method to effectively improve the algorithm, obtain the trend of international calls for different provinces., which is served as reference to improve quality management.3. Set up a goal for key correspondence guarantees for the Olympics, design a program of quality management and quality control4. Measure the quality of the project of key correspondence guarantees for Beijing Olympics5. Propose an improvement for the project of key correspondence guarantee for Olympics, which include: establish a system of daily report for events; enhance the check for the port performance; improve the daily check for the network management devices based on different regions and directions. Summarize the project after match, to provide references for similar project quality management.
