Research On The Interaction Between Influencing Factors Of Regional Equipment Manufacturing Technical Innovation

Equipment manufacturing industry is the base of manufacturing industry, in order to changing our country becoming from a huge manufacuring country to a strong manufacturing country, technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry is the road we must choose. The subsystems of technical innovation influence each other and strengthen each other during the innovation process, which delivered by the influencing factors. The even developments of influcencing factors assure the success of technological innovation in equipment manufacturing industry. Thererfore, studying the interaction ralationship between influcencing factors in regional equipment manufacturing industry has important thetorical meaning for the interaction mechanism and mastering the characteristic and rule, and forming corresponding thetorical frame of the interation between technical innovation influencing factors. At the same time, this also has important practical meaning for improving the technical innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry and speeding the transition from"made in China"to"made by China". Foreign and domestic scholars summarize the character of some enterparises or industy, then analysis some influencing factors from different aspects. But these studies are mainly qualitative, and few in quantitative, lack of integration.On the basis of absorbing and using for reference foreign and domestic correlative theory study, aiming at the coordinated actions of influencing factors, this paper analyse the mechanism of the interactions between influencing factors; then describe the interactions with the SD method, which can also reflect the regional and industrial charater. On the basis of it, this paper selects the equipment manufacturing industry of Heilongjiang province as object of empirical study. According to testing the consistency of model and realism, it demonstrates the effectiveness and rationality of system dynamics simulation model of interaction between influencing factors of technical innovation in regional equipment manufacturing industry, which constructed by this paper. Further more, this paper carries out the system dynamics simulation of interaction between influencing factors from the angle of the two subsystem impose on R&D subsystem and trial-production subsystem, and find out some potential problems under present policy. At last, this paper puts forward the coordinated development countermeasures for improving the technical innovation ability of regional equipment manufacturing industry.
