| With the increasingly severe economic situation at home and abroad and the increasing degree of competition in the market, the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province is facing the unprecedented challenges. As a typical technology intensive industry, the importance of technological innovation has become increasingly prominent in the development of equipment manufacturing industry. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the technological innovation efficiency and its influencing factors of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province, which is of great significance to enhance the technological innovation capability and the industrial competitive power of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province.Based on the introduction of technology innovation and technology innovation efficiency theory, first of all, the development situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province and the basic situation of technological innovation activities were sorted out. Then, to establish the two stage evaluation index system and evaluation model of technology innovation efficiency, and use the evaluation method of DEA–Malmquist to analysis the technological innovation efficiency of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province during the period of 2005-2014 from the static and dynamic; and in the two aspects of overall and sub sectors to the further analysis of the dynamic change of technological innovation efficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province. Subsequently, make an analysis on technological innovation efficiency influencing factors and their action mechanism of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry, and make a regression analysis on the seven factors.The empirical results show that: from the static point of view, technological innovation efficiency of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry is invalid, the pure technical efficiency is greater than the scale efficiency, there is a waste of resources; transformation efficiency is higher than the efficiency of the R&D stage. From the dynamic point of view, the technology innovation efficiency level of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province has a certain progress and improvement, technical efficiency is greater than the technical progress, and the growth rate of technological efficiency is faster than the transformation stage. From an analysis of the influence factors, expanding industry scale, the market structure of continuous improvement and increasing capital investment intensity has a role in promoting technological innovation efficiency of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry, unreasonable structure of property rights, government excessive investment, the low quality of the employees, low degree of opening up has a block effect on technology innovation efficiency of Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry. According to the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of technology innovation and to enhance the ability of technological innovation equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province. |
