The relationship between enterprises and the methods of enterprises dealing with the relationship are similar to the organisms in the natural ecosystem, so it contributes to grasp the nature of the business community that we research the business network and the corporate strategy and management with the business ecosystem metaphor and the ecological theory and scientific methods. However, as a complex adaptive system, the business ecosystem not only differs from the natural ecosystem, but also differs from the cluster and the value network. Business ecosystem has four basic characteristics: self-organization, emergence, co-evolution and adaption. There are two perspectives to identify a business ecosystem, one is the importance and the relationship of internal members, the other is the role enterprises play in the business network. According to the first perspective, the business ecosystem can be divided into four subsystems: the core ecosystem, the competitive system, the support system, society and the natural environment. According to the second perspective, enterprises can be classified four types: the keystone, the dominator, the landlord and the niches. Enterprises have different anticipation and strategies because of different stages of the business ecosystem and different roles they played. The vitality of enterprises is a kind of ability which can display the strength of life of enterprises. It is not only the metabolic status of itself and the process of inherent life-cycle, but also the ability to adapt to environment. The vitality of enterprises is affected by three factors, the abilities of enterprises, the ecological niche of the company in the business ecosystem, and the status of the business ecosystem. In this paper, we considered that to promote the vitality of enterprises, there are three main factors. Firstly, the capacity of enterprises should be improved, which can be achieved by the construction of the nervous system, the optimization of business process and the cultivation of continued innovation capability of enterprises. Secondly, the business niche should be optimized, which can be achieved by enhancing the importance of enterprises in the value chain and the influence to other member enterprises. Thirdly, the overall development status of business ecosystem should be promoted, which can be achieved by enhancing the value of the final product, improving the core ecosystem and improving the continued innovation capability of business ecosystem. The business ecosystem is mainly affected by three factors, the vitality of the member enterprises, the situation of the platform of common problem of business ecosystem and whether the distribution of the ecological niche is balanced. The business ecosystem also has an important impact on these factors. The strategy framework is also be deduced by the analysis. We take the business ecosystem in which Wal-Mart is the core enterprise for example, further proved the strategy framework. The development of the business ecosystem in which Wal-Mart is the core enterprise depends on three factors: Firstly, Wal-Mart created a reliable platform by the cooperation with other member enterprises. Secondly, the promotion of the vitality of the member enterprises based on value sharing. Thirdly, the balanced distribution of the ecological niche.
