With the coming of information and globalization in the logistics businessenvironment, the traditional strategy starting from individual enterprise, onlyemphasize their own survival and development, ignore the overall interests ofenterprises related to group competition strategy theory makes the Hebei R logisticsgroup environmental uncertainty increases, the individual competition environment tothe dynamic nature of the fuel economy. Only on the space between steel logisticsenterprises "cluster" and "close to each other in geography", the emphasizethe islack of inner link closly, taking raw material purchase, transport, steel productionlogistics, finished goods distribution logistics one-way linear development of thetraditional paradigm of industrial evolution, overlooked the organic connectionbetween each enterprise and symbiotic relationship, ignored the social economicsystem and natural ecological system of material, energy and information between thetransmission, transfer, circulation, such as law, iron and steel logistics enterprisesserious product homogeneity, innovation is not enough. Brand strategy,comprehensive service ability and so on all at the primary stage, profit ability toascend. In this environment requires that the enterprise must from the perspective ofdynamic, development and system in the shortest possible time to make the mostsuitable for their own strategic positioning and strategic planning., system in theview hierarchy view, view and cooperative convolution view as the core idea ofbusiness ecosystem strategy can better solve the above problem, make the enterprisekeep and enhance their competitive advantage in the system, realize sustainabledevelopment.This paper is based on the business ecosystem composition of the basic structureof Hebei R logistics group of companies and analyzes the internal resources andpolicy and the economy to external analysis. Then analysis from two aspects of valuecreation and continuous innovation of the enterprise strategic core elements. Then useecology niche role to positioning strategy. Hebei R group become a backbone enterprise, establishing a ecological system which core is itself.Finally, from thecurrent gap enterprises in transition to keystone enterprises, based on riskmanagement in the prevention of Angle, make effective ecosystem strategy is putforward. For Hebei R logistics group in the positioning of the commercial ecosystem,its point of risk mainly comes from the system platform selection decisions and otherenterprises in the system coupling, which determine the enterprise in differentplatform switching costs between high and low, which in turn determines whether tohedge their exposure to hold up in a timely and effective manner. From the choice ofplatform and the analysis which the coupling with other enterprises establish strategicimplementation.
