The Research Of The Enterprise Strategy On The Basis Of The Ecological Theory

It is not enterprise that competes with each other, but the business ecosystem which is formed by many enterprises that compete with each other. Analyzing the strategy from the view of the business ecosystem has been paid into more and more attention these years.The paper mainly analyzes the structure and forming process of the business ecosystem, influence to enterprises strategy by the view of business ecosystem and research for business ecosystem health. The main task of this study can be illuminated as follows:First, this paper analyzes the forming process as well as the mechanism evolution of the business ecosystem as well as the reason that the business ecosystem forms and the motive force for its developing and evolving. Then the paper compares supply chain, strategic alliance and business ecosystem. After that, the paper analyzes the structure and key elements of the business ecosystem, pointing out the characteristic attributes. Furthermore, the paper analyzes Microsoft-Inter ecosystem.Second, the paper analyzes the strategy from the angle of the business ecosystem and points out the difference between it and traditional strategy theory. On this basis, this paper proposes the business strategy model based on business ecosystem. The model includes four factors: identifying value notion; assessing the systematic risk, including relying risk and combining risk; the mechanism of creating and sharing value; carrying on performance appraisal constantly. Then, this paper distinguishes strategy difference according to the type of the enterprises.Third, the paper points out the member in the ecosystem and the relation between them. Then the paper proposes the business strategy and analyzes position and function of different enterprises in the ecosystem. Then the paper demonstrates the business strategy model with the case of A Group and B Enterprise and explains the different strategy between a keystone enterprise and a niche player.Finally, this thesis establishes an analysis model for business ecosystem health. The model comprises two factors: stability and sustaining growth of the business ecosystem. Then the paper confirms the index system, all the indexes can be got through counting or measuring. Every index is given weight, which offers a simple and practical method for appraising the business ecosystem.
