Research On E-Government Of Local Forestry

With the rapid development of nationl and world-wide E-government, the construction of forestry e-government should be promoted accordingly. The application of hi-tech, such as 3S, network and databse,would help to utilize high-speed collection and handling of information of forestry resources, effitively uplift scientific planning, management and decision-making in administrative department of forestry,decrease the aimlessness of important ecological project construction,reinforce the supervision of management of forestry resources and forestry administration, forestry fire prevention, prevention and cure of harmful organism in forest, as well as the protection of wild animal and plant.Based on detailed research of current status and needs of local forestry e-government, this essay elaborates the main construction of local forestry e-government system, emphasize the application fields of forestry e-government, analyze the contraction of local forestry e-government and major questions in application and suggest to reinforece the contraction of forestry e-government.
