An Empirical Study Between Affecting Factors Of Knowledge And Transfer Validity

Along with the rising of knowledge-based economy in the world, the knowledge management gradually becames the theme of enterprise management. Knowledge is gradually replacing traditional factors of production, namely capital, labor and capital, as the chief resource for the engine of enterprise development. As an important link of knowledge management process, the knowledge transfer becomes the essential foundation of many organizations to construct the sustain competitive advantage. Although many findings were gained, there could not meet the pragmatic demands of knowledge management in enterprises, thus needing further study.The main purpose of the article is trying to analyse the elements of the knowledge transfer process, discussing the relation between indexes of knowledge transfer validity within enterprise and the affecting factors and analysing relative influence coefficient. The research work mainly includes following aspects:Definiting of knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer validity through literature review in this article. After previous researches according to the status quo of knowledge transfer researches were summed up, the model of influence factors of knowledge transfer validity and relation hypotheses were constructed from the perspective of knowledge transfer components by taking process concepts as the background. The model was revised based on field interview, and made further adjusted. Finally, the conceptual model and the variables were fixed;The manufacturing industry, information technology industry, health care industry and the consulting industry and other industries were taken as investigation object. The questionnaire survey was carried out in some cities. The SPSS13. 0 statistics software and Excel software were used to analyse the actual condition of knowledge transfer within enterprises, and to examine the model and the relation hypotheses been supported or not;Based on the research results, the article provides some effective advices and concrete suggestions for improving enterprise knowledge transfer validity and expects the future research.The research work mainly included following aspects:There is a significant linear correlation between the assessment system of transfer performance,incentive mechanism for knowledge transfer,learning organization,technology environment,absorptive capacity,knowledge embeddedness and transfer validity and transfer performance, and they are the major factors in knowledge transfer validity;The differences of knowledge transfer among different industry, different enterprise scope,individual' s cultural levels and the nature of individual' s work are partially significant.The innovation ideas mainly concentrated in following aspects: It's the first time introduce transfer motive,knowledge transfer strategy,Source credibility and the assessment system of transfer performance into the systematic analysis of transfer validity. This paper is try to study knowledge transfer theory on an integrated analysis and enrich the knowledge transfer validity researches;It defines transfer validity and makes a clear scope of the studies on the affecting factors of transfer validity;The paper studies affecting factors on the view of enterprises and took the group as analysis level to explore knowledge transfer question of members as knowledge main carrier. The major influence factors and their relative influence were identified by correlation analysis and regression analysis of questionnaire survey data;In accordance with the research results and the fact circs of our country enterprise, the paper provides reasonable advices for improving knowledge transfer validity.
