Analysis On Production Resources And Sustainable Development Of Tobacco Leaves In Sanmenxia City

This paper gave a brief review on production development history of tobacco in Sanmenxia, introduced basic production situation at present. The article also systematically analyzed the resource status in tobacco production of Sanmenxia, including ecological resources,social economic resources,infrastructure resources and tobacco leaf resources. There are eight restrictive factors of sustainable development of Sanmenxia city in current tobacco leaf production. 1. With low tobacco leaf yield and benefit, the enthusiasm of tobacco grower should be improved urgently. 2. Instability in the ranks of employees, age and the knowledge structure is irrational. 3. Degradation of the natural environment of tobacco production and resource competition is becoming increasingly severe. 4. Relatively weak protection mechanism, the risks of tobacco production is high. 5. Scattered layout of tobacco cultivation, it is difficult to embody the scale benefit and the characteristics and quality of tobacco. 6. Tobacco production is a work of labor consuming and time-consuming, and the level of mechanization is very low. 7. With low overall quality of tobacco farmers, the promotion of new technologies becomes more difficult. 8. With unreasonable tobacco market, grade and some part of tobacco's structure is unstable. According to the tobacco production requirements of sustainable development, combined with the practical production, the guiding ideology, development thinking and concrete goal were cleared of Sanmenxia city's tobacco production sustainable development in 2009-2012. And pointed out the main way which is that one plan, the two establishments, the three strengthen and the four optimization to realize sustainable development of tobacco production. That is, 1. Scientific planning and actively promote the large-scale cultivation on tobacco. 2. Establish the protection mechanism of production risk in order to deal with employees worrying about the future. 3. Establish the protection system of the basic tobacco field, improve the soil ecological environment of tobacco-growing areas. 4. Strengthening science and technology investment and improving the capacity of technological innovation in tobacco-growing areas. 5. Enhance infrastructure construction, promote market-oriented operation of facilities. 6. To strengthen the construction of the demonstration zone, and promote agricultural development of modern tobacco. 7 Optimize technical resources of production, promoting intensive management. 8 Optimization of resources for social services, and promote production specialization. 9. To optimize information resources of Software, to promote the production of information management. 10. Optimization of the operation and management of resources, to promote tobacco reform of resource allocation.
