Current Status And Countermeasures Of Construction Of "Jiaozi" Brand Oriented Tobacco Leaf Base In Jiangle

Abstract: Brand oriented tobacco leaf base providing high-quality tobacco leaves, is an importantcarrier to perfect the connection between tobacco leaf production and tobacco brand, meanwhile itis a main competitive part of industrial and enterprise in modern tobacco agriculture.Based on the basic data of tobacco leaf production in Jiangle, the situation of the latest yearsof tobacco leaves produce in Jiangle were analyzed and discussed from the perspective ofecological factors and social factors. Through doing some statistical analysis of the main chemicalcomponent and aroma substance of tobacco leaves which were tested by the Technology Center ofChuangyu Tobacco Industrial Company. Co., Ltd, the study discussed weather the leaves fromJiangle tobacco base can satisfy “jiaozi” brand or not. According to the recent situation of tobaccobase in Jiangle Sanming and the requirement of tobacco leaves for “jiaozi” brand, the study triedto put forward some countermeasures and new ideas to the tobacco leaf base in Jiangle and theresults are as follows:1. The basic situations of tobacco production in Jiangle County are as follows: the conditionsof sunlight, temperature, water and fertile are suitable for the High quality flue-cured tobaccoproduction；The present social development is also good for the development of modern tobaccoagriculture；Tobacco planting starts late but develops rapidly, and the tobacco leaves are qualifiedenough to get the high profits; Quality characteristic is in highly value; Modern tobaccoagriculture has achieved rapid development and high efficiency. Meanwhile, there is still a longprocess to get improved such as: the high level of dispersion goes against mechanization operating;The level of cultural quality of tobacco farmers needs to be improved; The investment of theconstruction of base should be increased; The team of tobacco farmers should be stabled; Thequality and scale of tobacco leaves should be balanced, etc.2. The study puts forwards the countermeasures of construction of tobacco leaf base asfollows: The industrial enterprises’ statues and roles in the base construction should bestrengthened, setting the construction of "jiaozi" brand as a goal to lead the tobacco production;The combination of commerce, industry and research should be enhanced to build scientificmanagement model and to promote the in-depth cooperation among tobacco leave production technology, quality style, information communication and commerce and industry transition toimprove the ability of providing tobacco leaves. An information feedback mechanism should bebuilt and a training organization and evaluation should be perfected to build the quality-securitymechanism scientifically and strictly. The collaborative innovation should be intensified toprovide technical support for tobacco leaf base. A professional agricultural technique spreadingteam should be organized to reach the specialization of labors during the primary production link.A professional service team should be set up in all directions to raise efficiency and technologicalcontent of tobacco production. The labor’s technical training should be enhanced to improvepersonal preparation technically. The suggestion of good agricultural practice (GAP) model oftobacco leaf base construction was put forward. It aims at producing tobacco leaves in secureways and improving the quality of the tobacco leaves through five aspects such as strengtheningorganization and leadership, comprehensive monitoring of cultivation environment, planning touse secure pesticide, perfecting technique promoting system, building tobacco leaf produce qualitytracing system to push the tobacco leaves producing in the model of environmentally friendly,cleaner production, energy and emission reduction and the quality and safety, and all of these canguarantee tobacco production in secure way and can further highlight the characteristics of itsquality and then meet the needs of “jiaozi” brand of China Tobacco Sichuan-Chongqing IndustrialCorporation for tobacco leaves in Jiangle finally.
