Hua County is located in the central plain of north Henan Province, a county of country-class focus on poverty relief and development work. Give full play to the comparative advantages of agriculture,develop characteristic agriculture, form production patterns of scale and specialization, improve the rate of merchandise,are important ways to increase agriculture efficiency,raise farmers'gainings and optimize the agricultural structure.
