| With the development of road construction in China, road construction project evaluation is taken more seriously. The study on single evaluation method is coming fast, but there is a relatively few comprehensive inductions and comparative analysis. Analyzing and summarizing the evaluation system of road construction project, summing up and summarizing systematically various methods which apply to road construction project evaluation, probing into the treatment of the evaluation indicators and principle of evaluation, analyzing the differences of various methods can offer certain theoretical foundation for the fact that the road construction project evaluation, and also reference to the administrative department of decision and evaluation workers. Therefore, it has significant theoretic and practical value to research on evaluation indictors and methods of road construction project.This paper analyzes firstly the evaluation system of road construction project, elaborates its basic meaning and regards systematic thought as the theoretical foundation of road construction project evaluation. Secondly, it analyzes and sums up the relevant theories of the indicator set of road construction project from four respects methods—constructing of indicator set, selection of indicators, standardizing of indicators and definition of weight. Thirdly, it selects evaluation methods which are worth to road construction project, analyzes advantage and disadvantage of different methods, and distinguishes applicability of different methods, at the same time; it offers the basis for the association of the methods. At last, the method of association is used in environmental evaluation of highway that from Shuiren to Nanning in Guangxi, which is regarded as an example analysis. |
