Study On Agriculture Circular Economy Of Sunan County

Sunan Yugur Autonomous County is one of the four minority autonomous counties of western Gansu Province. Animal husbandry is a pillar industry for economic development of Sunan County. But in recent years , chasing total livestock survival rate and increasing the amount of livestock speed up the development of animal husbandry . And then, the fast increasing of the total amount of livestock cause pasture overloading, make the county grassland degradation, desertification and increasing salinity. The aggravation of ecological environment of grassland is impeded the sustainable development of animal husbandry . It is not only affected the economic development of Sunan County, but also influenced the economic and social development of the Hexi Corridor. So, it is imperative to find a way of sustainable development to advance the circular economy of Sunan County.This study based on the full understanding of the development trends of circular economy both domestic and abroad, had a brief summary and conclusion including basic principles, such as the basic principles and implementation level of economic cycle. On this basis, the article analyzed the natural resources, socio-economic development, development of agriculture and animal husbandry of Sunan County. By clustering analysis of Sunan County, the economy of agriculture and animal husbandry production, resources and environment, social similar to the actual situation of the development of the township (town) is classified, divided into three zones. Different types, in accordance with the cycle of economic theory, the design of the recycling economy development model: the livestock industry-led design of the " grass - animal - gas - households" model, "Grass - animals - processing - gas - Cultivation" as one of the chain model of the recycling industry, "grass - deer - drugs - processing," the circular economy industrial chain model; livestock farmers led design of the "agriculture - animal husbandry - gas" mode of production, " sheep - gas - fruit" mode of production; agriculture-led design of the " animal - gas - vegetables(fishing)" mode, mode of development of rural garden, medicinal herbs industry cycle economic model. At the same time, in accordance with the development of modern agriculture and animal husbandry, agricultural eco-tourism. On the internal economic development and ecological protection and construction from concept to design a macro for Sunan county. Ultimately, posed the development of circular economy safeguards of Sunan County, in accordance with the objectives of the development of circular economy.
