Lean manufacturing, as the advanced managing tools of industrial manufacturing in the 21st Century, is becoming a globalizing and strategic managing method; it brings the challenges and opportunities for the society development.In nowadays, with the global economics and fast information technology development , Lean manufacturing is not limited by variable location and variable time, eliminate waste, cost reduction, more efficient, quality assurance, shorten the lead time, now is becoming more welcomed for more and more manufacturing enterprise, Lean manufacturing now is keeping a continuous development with high speed in the world.Out coming points of this paper are based on the Lean Manufacturing implementation in different country, in different area, in different enterprise, as below:1. Overview of lean thinking. How the lean thinking comes out and how it works for waste elimination, and it is the foundation of the lean manufacturing implementation. Make systematic analysis of the waste, and how the waste created in each process, analyze what is the value, what is the value stream, what is the pull-flow, what is continuous improvement.2. How to realize the lean thinking is the second key points for this article. In this section, I make an analysis of the challenges during the execution, and more detail analysis of the value, value stream, flow, pull and continuous improvement; it comes to the more operational part.3. Purpose of this article is trying to find out a model of the lean manufacturing implementation in variable industrial area under different culture even, to reduce the cost or the waste during the implementation of lean manufacturing, so in the third section, I focus on the point of the model and the detail implementation tools analysis.4. In the end, I try to find out how the culture different take the effect to the lean manufacturing implementation, hope when enterprise plan to or during the process of the implementation can consider the culture difference and can avoid some negative thing happened, and take some action based on the culture difference, in order to ensure the lean manufacturing can implemented successfully.
