With the stability of the world pattern and the process of China's reform and opening up,the world's professional division of labor is becoming clearer.The manufacturing industry has been transferred to China,which has both population and resource advantages.At the same time,advanced manufacturing technology and capital have also poured into China.Different from the previous transfer of manufacturing industry to the four small dragons(Korea,Hong Kong,Taiwan,and Singapore)in Asia,the current transfer started under the background of more diversity but less amount.Because Toyota TPS in Japan is a lean system based on the development of a single product manufacturing system,which is different from the manufacturing environment faced by China with multiple varieties and less batches,the solutions to the manufacturing problems in China are not the same.Many enterprises try to improve their manufacturing level by learning from Toyota's lean production experience,which is not very successful.Most of them introduce the lean concept at most to partially reform the company without fundamentally solving the company's sustainable profit problem.M group is an enterprise growing up under the background of manufacturing transfer and product diversification,which started its business with Fans,then all kinds of business,OEM,and OBM coexist.After so many years' development,M group has found out and summed up a set of lean production methodology in line with its own development path.The company has been listed among the top 500 enterprises in the world.Based on the relevant theory of lean production,this paper studies the lean production plan of M fan motor factory by using value flow graph analysis,pull production,line balance and other specific tools.Specifically,through literature research,this paper first summarizes and sorts out the domestic lean production theory and current research ideas.Based on the importance of lean production in enterprise improvement activities,this paper expounds the development process of lean production,internal and external industry environment and the latest industry characteristics.Then it uses the value flow chart analysis to analyze the current situation of the production mode of the motor factory,through the establishment of pull production,Kanban management to solve the inconsistency of information transmission among planning,production and logistics,so as to improve the accuracy of production and reduce the inventory,avoid excessive production.Further it uses line balance,ECRs and other improvement tools to eliminate action waste,reduce bottleneck process and improve production efficiency.Finally,in the process of improvement,the improvement guarantee measures are formulated and gradually improved to form a complete solution.Through the research on the lean production implementation scheme of M fan motor factory,this paper can provide some reference for the improvement of the motor factory of the same industry,and also play a certain role of inspiration for the manufacturing units in the industry.
