Research Of Enterprise Groups' Logistics Integration

With the advance of economic reform and economic structure adjustment, a number of enterprise groups in China developed rapidly. Many of them showed strong development. But at the same time, the fierce market competition and the introduction of advanced management concepts drive enterprise groups to pay attention to logistics integration.This paper focuses on the implementation of the logistics integration. First, this paper notes that the internal integration of logistics resources and processes is a necessary prerequisite for the overall strategy. Then, detailed research is focused on the choice of ways about how to organize the integrated logistics, including restructure logistics subsidiary company, cooperate with the third-part logistics company, or partly introduce the third-part. In order to support this decision, this paper creates five indicators including overall strategic, logistics demand scale, management performance level, development potential and investment capacity. Using these four indicators, this paper gives a model to support the decision.
