China's market is one of the most impressive markets in the world and many industries have rapid growth. The medical aesthetics industry has high profitability in many developed countries. Can the medical aesthetics industry be another rising star in China's market? How do the investors and operators start the business in this market?To achieve the objectives, the direction of the analyzing process is divided into the environmental view and the organizational view. The environmental view starts from the examination of China's medical aesthetics industry to provide general information. Then the research focuses on Shanghai's market t attractiveness and entry barriers. The market entry modes are provided based on previous analysis. The organizational view initiates from the analysis of the Litz medical aesthetics clinic's resources. The strategic positioning is done based on Litz's resources and the results of the market survey. Considering the options of the entry modes and the strategic positioning, the market entry strategies of Litz are developed.The "fashionable white-collars" and the "beauty-chasing students" are the target markets of Litz. The selected market has high potential of growth and low competitions.
