Designed Staff Performance Management System For The Small And Medium-sized Transportation Enterprises

In the modern enterprise management system, the small and medium-sized enterprises of transportation company can not adapt industry market competition ,only relied the place protectionist barriers and the old management thoughts constantly.Variety of management thoughts in the West influxing in our country, performance management thoughts has been accepted by enterprise managers and gradually applied to the practice of business management. Because of China and the West in the cultural and ideological differences,the performance appraisal has been one-sided applicated, and performance management's other aspects ,Planning, implement and performance results of the feedback process has been neglected, resulting in greatly reduced performance management function. Even in the practice of corporate governance played a negative role.Under such a complex background, in this thesis, comparing the differences in performance management and performance assessment,and finding the performance management's contents and basic nature,especially the thesis focus on establish a comprehensive performance management system concept,firstly.Secondly, in defining the small and medium-sized transportation company, the author sums up human resources and performance management of the status quo and points out the problems. Finally, the author , based on key performance indicators (KPI) , designed the comprehensive performance management system programs by grasping the performance management system's principle, the main points and so on.Relied the close contact and interaction between the Performance Management System and the small and medium-sized transportation enterprise,the wrier aimed at summing up a set of effective and tried to improve the transportation enterprise's performances.
