The consumption structure of automobile market in China changed greatly,which spurred the auto sale and the post-sale enterprises to develop rapidly.Meanwhile, the overseas auto sale pattern and the post-sale service patterns entered into our country.At present there co-exist several auto post-sale service patterns.Because the traditional automobile service patterns,such as comprehensive service,did not meet the market need,they decreased gradually in quantity.The Tianshun auto service company of Guizhou Province formerly belonged to this class.After years of unceasing innovation and transformation,the Tianshun company has now developed into a big,comprehensive auto service enterprise in Guizhou Province,with the primary business in auto sale and auto service,and secondary business in vehicle examination,sale of second-hand vehicle,renting and so on.It is a "4S" shop of several auto brands such as Dongfeng-Citroen,Nanjing Iveco.In the process of continually growing and stable developing,the enterprise more and more deeply realized the need for a set of performance management system based on the enterprise's development strategy.Tianshun company has a history of 49 years. Because of long influence from the planned economy system,the idea and approaches of management are not adapted to the demand of the current market,and there are many weak links.For example the present performance appraisal has not related closely with the enterprise's develop strategy,has not applied the strategy to every link of performance appraisal,which is unfavorable to a enterprise to participate in the market competition.Therefore,it is very important and has profound significance as how to strengthen the performance management of the enterprise and how to promote the core competitive power of the enterprise in the intense market competition.Under such background,this thesis studies the performance management of this company.After comprehensive understanding to the Tianshun company with the collection of restricted data,industrial information,questionnaire survey, interview,work diary,work observation and so on,the thesis analyzes the present situation of the company's human resources and performance management,discovers the problems,and thus determines how to solve these problems.Under the guidance of the theory of performance management,Combined with the balance score card,BSC,and the critical performance index,KPI,the thesis uses the idea of management by objective,MBO,makes the synthesis of the appraisal methods which are based on the result and on the process,poses a performance management index system based on strategy and a plan to carry out.According to the actual situation of the human resource of the company,connected with the theory of PDCA performance management,the thesis designs a full set of practical performance management system.Through the actual running,the performance management system has gained good effect,providing strong support for the promotion of the internal management and the realization of the strategic target of the company.It has important practical significance to the long-term development of Tianshun company,and worth being studied by similar enterprises.
