Research On Optimization Of Chinese Fresh Vegetable Logistics System

Fresh vegetable production plays an important role in Agriculture of China, and the related growing, transporting and selling have come a long way under the government's guideline and support. Now, China is the biggest country that produces and exports fresh vegetable. With the income increased and the reorganization of safe-consumption enhanced, a higher criterion for fresh vegetable logistics system is required. Although the domestic fresh vegetable logistics system has been formed, it still lags behind those of developed countries and needs to be improved.Therefore, according the existing problems in the current domestic fresh vegetable logistics system, the paper begins with the definition of fresh vegetable logistics system, then analyzes the basic structure and characteristics of the system and some key points during the management of fresh vegetable, and finally puts forward some means to optimize the domestic fresh vegetable logistics system by comparing some typical fresh vegetable logistics modes in foreign countries, such as USA, Japan, Holland.1. The mode-structure of the domestic fresh vegetables logistics system needs to be optimized. According to general types and optimization theories of the fresh vegetable logistics, this paper puts forward a new mode of fresh vegetable logistics system to solve the existing problems of the fresh vegetable logistics system.2. The party-structure of the domestic fresh vegetables logistics system needs to be optimized. The related analysis indicates that parties of our fresh vegetable logistics system are required to implement the joint-and-cooperation mode. The specific realizing way is to develop the fresh vegetable logistics supply chain and form the fixed cooperation relationship between integrated logistics (need) parties and supply chain parties.3. The nodes of the domestic fresh vegetables logistics system needs to be optimized. This paper proposes "two types, five layers" distribution mode for the domestic fresh vegetable wholesale market.4. The functional structure of the domestic fresh vegetables logistics system needs to be optimized. Fresh vegetable logistics processing value-added activities should be developed.Finally, this paper puts forward development countermeasures for the domestic fresh vegetable logistics system.
