Study Of Fresh Agricultural Products Logistics Quality And Safety System

With the popularization of economy global integration, social competition is becoming increasingly intense. Now, logistics has been recognized as the greatest source of business profits. Agriculture is China's basic industry. In recent years, with China's comprehensive national strength, the agricultural commercialization is gradually enhanced and agricultural logistics industry development is taken more and more seriously. The State Development and Reform Commission issued the "Agri-Food Cold-chain logistics development planning" in July,2010. It clearly pointed out that we should initially build rational layout, advanced equipments,enhance convergence of the upstream and downstream, perfect function, set up standard management, standard sound agricultural cold-chain logistics service system. So we can reduce agricultural postpartum loss and circulation costs, increase farmers'income and ensure agricultural product quality and consumer safety.Agricultural logistics in china is started late. So fresh-keeping technology, handling technology, packaging technology is relatively backward. Agricultural logistics security monitoring and management is quite weak and there is no system of agricultural logistics safety laws and regulations. Agricultural products in transportation, packaging, circulation processing, handling etc logistics links have great losses. In a word, Security issues of agricultural products greatly affect the life of people. Therefore, creating perfect logistic security control system, strengthening agricultural logistics security prevention work appears to be more important.Through studying on the current situation of logistics security, this paper constructs the monitoring system from two areas. It also establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for fresh agricultural logistics safety assessment. At last, it points out that to solve the fresh agricultural logistics security problems has to change minds, converting feed back control into prevention. Consequently, setting up an early-warning system of agricultural logistics is imminent. This paper contains four chapters:In the first chapter, we firstly introduce the backgrounds, the meanings and the main research results of this dissertation. And then we introduce the main contribution of this thesis.In the second chapter, we analyse fresh agricultural product quality safety problems from the perspective of supply chain. And then we point that to guarantee the security of farm produce we can monitor the whole supply chain. This thesis constructs double monitoring systems:one is from the structure to monitor the whole supply chain, the other is from the information system.In the third chapter, we establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for fresh agricultural logistics security assessment. And we introduce an index evaluation method, give an evaluation result of a case study. In the forth chapter, we study on the security early warning of fresh agricultural logistics problem from a micro level. Learning early warning application of knowledge in economics, and intercepting monitoring data in the last chapter of agricultural products logistics, we analyse the logical process of the agricultural product logistics safety warning, establish a quantitative workable early-warning index and constructs the agricultural logistics safety information system applications module.In the fifth chapter, we summarize the whole thesis.
