The Research On The Evolution Of E-commerce Logistics Model On Fresh Fruits And Vegetables In Beijing

With the development of the Internet economy and the increase of the market share of Fresh E-commerce,the competition focus in fresh fruits and vegetables E-commerce gradually move from the terminal user to front end of industry chain,to consolidate and optimize the logistics mode of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce is the key to improve the competitive advantage of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce.At the same time,the new urbanization construction in Beijing not only puts forward higher requirements for the fresh fruit and vegetable E-commerce logistics model,but also brings potential opportunities.This paper is supported by Major Project of National Social Science Fund"Research on System Innovation and Development Strategy of Agricultural Product Logistics under New Urbanization"[Issue Number:15ZDA022].Based on this social background,this paper research on the evolution of fresh fruit and vegetable E-commerce logistics mode in Beijing,displays current situation of logistics mode,draws the cause-and-effect diagram and the stock flow diagram,then builds system dynamics model,analyses the evolution mechanism of fresh fruit and vegetable E-commerce logistics mode,and forecasts future trends and puts forward relevant suggestions.Specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The analysis of development status of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model.First,based on literature combing and empirical research,this paper sorts out the main models:as far as the parties of logistics is concerned,there are the enterprise-run logistics pattern,the third-party logistics pattern and crowdsourcing logistics pattern;as far as the supply chain procurement method is concerned,there are patterns of purchasing from suppliers,purchasing from Place of Origin and exclusive brand:as far as method of warehousing and distribution is concerned,there are front warehouse pattern,supermarket distribution pattern and customer self-service pattern.Then,this paper analyses the problems,including the weak logistics service ability,the high logistics cost and the inferior logistics speed.(2)The analysis of evolution mechanism of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model.According to the conclusion of the last chapter,the key elements should include the logistics service ability,the logistics cost and the logistics speed.Then,the system dynamics model of evolution of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics mode is built and checked.Make the "if-then" analysis of variables,then decompose the influence mechanism and feedback behavior of each evolution dynamics on fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model,and finally make the conclusion of the evolution mechanism of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics mode:the new urbanization construction and national policy promotion are exogenous motivation,fresh E-commerce development and emerging technology applications are endogenous motivation,the synergy between logistics subjects is the core power.The forces act and influent each other,promote the evolution of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model.(3)The prediction of evolution trend of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model.According to system model,this paper predicts the evolution trend of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model.First,logistics efficiency continues to improve.The evolution trend of logistics service ability is "slow ascent-fast ascent-stability";the evolution trend of logistics cost is "fast descent-slow descent-stability";the evolution trend of logistics speed is "fast ascent-slow ascent-stability".Second,the boundaries of all kinds of subdivision logistics modes are gradually blurred.With the improvement of the collaboration level among the logistics entities and the continuous iteration of the emerging technology,all kinds of subdivision logistics modes show a comprehensive integration.Fresh e-commerce enterprises would choose one or more logistics modes according to their actual situation to finish the logistics activities of fresh fruits and vegetables.Third,with the deepening of urbanization and the development of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce,the integration degree of supply chain is constantly increasing.(4)The suggestions of evolution of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics model.According to the evolution mechanism and evolution trend,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions:first,boost the process of urbanization and perfect infrastructure construction;second,optimize the system environment of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics;third,promote the sustainable development of fresh fruits and vegetables e-commerce;fourth,apply the technology of fresh fruit and vegetable e-commerce logistics;fifth,strengthen cooperation between main suppliers of fresh fruit and vegetable logistics.
