Study On The Expert System Of Farmland Grading Information System

Farmland grading is an important component of the comprehensive investigating territory resources in the new pass. At present, there are many methods on farmland grading, but they all have both advantages and defects. Given the shortcoming of the conventional grading of farmland, this paper proposes a method of farmland grading using expert system theory. The method did get more information, figures and charts and tables etc. on land resource, accomplish the combination between map and data, and realize various calculation and direction analysis. It exceedingly improved the science, reliability, objectivity and togetherness of farmland grading.To manage spatial and attribute informations, and improve the scientificity and automation of farmland grading, the expert system for farmland grading was designed using MapGIS and Visual C+ + , which based on the geography information system technology and the computer technology.According to the principle and course of the factors method, the method of applying the expert system to the second developing environment of GIS platform was employed.The achievement was designing an expert system meeting the needs, the functions include creating and selecting knowledge base, classifying and mapping of the utilization coefficient and economic ones, calculating the indexes of nature and utilization or economy of grading units, classifying and mapping of nature grades and utilization ones or economic ones.The conclusion is that the technical procedure of the system is consistent with the fundamental principles of farmland grading, and the software works well, which can enhance the efficiency of farmland grading. The system has generality, improves the automation of farmland grading and raise the standardization of the maps.
