| With the development of economy, the growth of population,the land demand is increasing rapidly, the amount of the farmland is decreasing constantly, and the contradiction between people and land becomes more and more serious.It is one of important basic contents of a new round survey and comprehensive evaluation on land resources in our country to develop the comprehensive evaluation on farmland quality level overall and scientifically and quantify the quantity, quality and distribution of farmland scientifically. It provides the evidence for revising overall plan for land use, implementing cultivated land occupy-fill balance system,carrying on land arrangement, protecting basic farmland, defining the Standard of land compensation.According to "The Regulations on Farmland Gradation and Classification",the farmland in Shanxi province is classified and gradated based on the deep investigation of farmland actual situation in Shanxi and the collection and analysis of a great deal of information by some softwares, such as Access,MapGis6.7,MapGis6.7Sdk,MSSQL2000 and Arcview in this thesis. This dissertation elaborates the technique routing of the farmland classification by factors method,inspection and analysis of the farmland classification outcomes.The design achieves the function of county classification in farmland classification information system,that is the base component of the system..The module has calculation functions of land use coefficient and land economic coefficient of divided-crop and multi-crop,grade index of natural quality,farmland utilization rank exponentand and economic rank exponentand.And the module grades the physical quality grade,utilization rank and economic rank. The module can draw maps etc.The realization of county classification in farmland classification information system, improves the working efficiency of the agricultural land classification, automation of the agricultural land classificationand processes and standardization of map making. |
