The Evaluating Method Of Urban Public Transportation Enterprise Management

With the progress of society and the development of economy in our country, the problems of urban public transportation are becoming prominent day by day. As one of the public utilities, urban public transportation is also the most direct window of urban development level. Therefore, how to enhance the urban public transportation enterprise management and improve its service quality and passenger transport qualification becomes one of the important subjects in present public transportation development. But basically, the study of urban public transportation enterprise safety management at present in our country, is still at the stage of establishing concept system, especially, the evaluating of it has not been able to be carried on its internal principle from technical angle specially, Embarked from the status of the public transportation in big cities of our country, this dissertation analyzed the present status of public transportation and the problems of it, compared with the advanced management modules of some foreign country, and discussed the trend of the development of urban public transportation enterprises. Based on the analysis of safety management, drivers management, vehicles management, internal management, and service quality management, the method propitious to urban public transportation enterprise management evaluating was confirmed from the many methods of road transportation enterprises evaluating. with the application of AHP and optimization method, the factor level structure analysis model was established, and determined the guideline system of the urban public transportation enterprise safety management appraisal was confirmed. The weight of every guideline was conformed and the mathematical analysis model of synthesis evaluating system for the safety of road transportation enterprise was established using integrated method by colligating the subjective and objective factors. Unified with the concrete example, practice analysis confirmation was carried on the mathematical analysis model and evaluating method, (internal consistency reliability in the system is 0.8689) and a good result was acquired.
