Recently, many scholars research corporate responsibility to staff viewing from ethics, sociology, law, economics and management which is taken more and more attention with the rise of corporate social responsibility movement. In order to find out a harmonious way between corporate development and it's social responsibility we should take the essence that corporate is the basic economic organization of society and the fact that corporate have important impacts on social development both into one account ,For this, corporate responsibility to staff is not only researched ,what's more important is that we can get the evaluation modle of corporate's sense of responsibility to staff by a series of scientific evaluation procedures viewed from management with ethics, sociology and law.The study aims at the research of the evaluation of corporate' sense of responsibility to staff.Through analysis of literature, the study first establishes a new concept of corporate responsibility to staff by combining shareholder theory and the pyramid model of CSR, then formulate questionnaire by colleting and Screening indicators .At last, it forms the evaluation modle of corporate' s sense of responsibility to staff by many examinations.The data colletion is from questionnaire Survey and the data analysis is got by SPSS . The study establishs the evaluation modle of corporate' sense of responsibility to staff by projecta nalysis and exploratory factor analysis initially,and then corrects the modle by confirmatory factor analysis.At last , other respects are analyzed by correlation analysis and analysis of variance. It can be concluded that corporate responsibility to staff is judged by five factors which named the sense of fundamental responsibility, legal responsibility, attentive responsibility, career responsibility and special responsibility. The corporate's sense of responsibility to staff are different in enterprise development time and situation as a result of individual difference. It can provide the foundation for the further research.
