Since reform and opening, China's experienced rapid economic development. As the basic cell of economic entities ,enterprises have also made remarkable progress. At the same time, corporate social responsibility issues are also increasingly subject to business and society. Although to some extent, the enterprise has made gratifying achievements, yet from the overall view, there are still many problems exist in the process of corporate social responsibility. In the social context of "People-oriented", human resources have not only become the first resource, but also business development. With the reason that employees are the subject of human resources, enterprises, how to deal with staff issues, namely enterprises to fulfill their responsibility to employees has become one of the key factors for enterprise development. At present, many enterprises are governed by the traditional objective of maximizing the impact of the interest instead of the performance of staff responsibilities right.Working overtime, unpaid wages, failure to honor the labor contract and other issues are still outstanding, which is a serious threat to employees, business survival and development, therefore,enterprise performance of employees responsibility must take treasures without delay.On the basis of the review from literature at home and abroad, we first study the enterprises to fulfill their responsibility for the content and the need for staff, staff development and an overview of the theory, then discusses the significance of corporate responsibility and employee performance for enterprise development in the long-term effects. Under the background of economic conditions of today's enterprises,the theroy fulfill the social responsibility to employees and described the current situation, employees of corporate responsibility in the discharge of the problems, interpretation of corporate responsibility for employees missing the main reason. Finally, the main reason for the lack of responsibility, respectively, from internal factors and the promotion of corporate responsibility to fulfill the external thrust of staff, staff of enterprises to fulfill the responsibility to extract the countermeasures, and to various measures combined. Ultimately the responsibility of employees to ensure that enterprises can implement.This not only promoted the common development of enterprises and employees to establish win-win situation but also a healthier future for the enterprise, the development of science and lay a solid foundation.
