| At present, along with the depth development of tourism industry in our country, tourism resource get a large-scale exploitation, the form and content of cooperation is gradually showing a wide range of characteristics. But, seeing from the current development of regional tourism around various regions' practical effect, it is not all very ideal. The reason is they are not clear about the dynamic mechanism of synergy of regional tourism, not rationalize the dynamic model of synergy of regional tourism. Dynamic factors impact on the synergic behavior of regional tourism, synergic behavioral determinants of the direction of the synergy of regional tourism. Therefore, the study on the dynamic factors and the dynamic mechanism have a very important role in promoting the sound development of regional tourism.This paper takes Shandong peninsula which has achieved positiveeffect in synergy of regional tourism, by empirical and theoretical analysis, has an analysis on the dynamic mechanism of tourism synergy in district of Shandong peninsula, and focuses on four aspects:First, this paper collects,classifies,counts and generalizes the study carried out at home and abroad about the dynamic mechanism of tourism synergy, summarizes the need for the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula, and points out the importance of research of the study on the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula.Second, this article has an analysis on the evolution of the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula since the eighties the twentieth century, and divides the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula into three stages: budding stage, growing stage and mature stage. At last, it gets a conclusion that the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula has reached a mature stage which is characterized as diversification, participation in the many industries, coordinated development of the comprehensive mechanism.Third, referencing stakeholder theory, game theory and symbiotic theory, combining the stage of development and phase characteristics of the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula, this article gets the three dynamic factors that Shandong peninsula carries on synergy of regional tourism has. The factors are spatial factor, market factor and interest factor. Among them, spatial factor and market factor are basal factor, market factor is an factor that superimposed on the basal factor. Three driving forces interact, decide the leading main body of synergy of regional tourism and forms the dynamic mechanism of synergy of regional tourism, impacts the direction and progress of the synergy of regional. According to the dynamic mechanism and dynamic model, Shandong peninsula can analysis of the different stages and leading main of the synergy of regional tourism all over the area in peninsula, by revising the dynamic factors and dynamic mechanism, expect and revise the direction and progress of the synergy of regional tourism, prompts the sound and orderly development of the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula.Fourth, this article according to the dynamic mechanism of the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula, points out the development Strategies. At first, the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula which has reached a mature stage has to bring the role of government-led into play further. Next, it has to further innovate spatial factor, by integrates tourism resources, optimizing the location, to upgrade the spatial factor of the peninsula and promote the development of tourism in peninsula. At last, it is necessary to certificate that interest factor is in line with the developing direction of spatial factor and market factor, to realize benefit-sharing. And finally, the synergy of regional tourism in Shandong peninsula can develop continuously and stably. |
