Research On Congstructing Transportation Network In South Sichuan Province Tourism Circle

Now tourism is developing rapidly in china. With rapid development of tourism practice, regional tourism is asked to be conformed. The construction of tourism circle is the inherent request of regional tourism development. The effective way to obtain economies of scale in regional tourism is constructing tourism circle. Nowadays cooperation in regional tourism under the guide of constructing tourism circle has become hot point in research. The southern Sichuan province area which includs cities ZiGong,LuZhou,YiBin,LeShan,Neijiang in Sichuan province has the foundation of constructing tourism circle, but its backward transportation network is the core factor that restricte constructing South Sichuan tourism circle, so it is necessary to construct its transportation network.Firstly, it analysis the tourism overflow index between cities in southern Sichuan province to determin the southern Sichuan province tourism circle's scope in this article, then it ascertains the tourism develop core cityies in the tourism circle with the research of general situation of tourism resources and tourism people number and tousim income in tourism circle's cities. Then it uses Wilson Model to decide the southern Sichuan province tourism circle's impotant tourists market in and outside the province with the research of tourists market share in these cities of tourism circle. Secondly, it discusses construction of railway and road transportation network in the southern Sichuan province tourism circle's addendum circle aim at key tourists market outside Sichuan province, then it researchs construction of road transportation network between these cities in southern Sichuan province tourism inner circle with the angel of road travel time and non-linear coefficient index. It determins the scope, principle , index in construction of road transportation network in southern Sichuan cities's asia tourism circle, it analysis construction of transportation network in various southern Sichuan cities's asia tourism circle importantly with the angle of road service level and travel time in tourism transportation, then the plan of road tansportation network is obtained , the implementation of its plan is discussed finally.It's hoped that this article can provide the decision-making reference in construction of road transportation network in south Sichuan province tourism circle for the government.
