Empirical Study About The Impact Of Foreign Direct Investment Upon Export Trade Of Anhui Province

With the acceleration of the globalization process, exports and foreign direct investment become increasingly close, foreign direct investment is becoming the main factors to enhance export quantity and quality of some countries. In theory, Foreign Direct Investment can have a positive role in promoting exports of a country or region. But specifically,because of the different conditions of their own location,economic base,Investment policy of different countries or regions, the types of attract foreign direct investment are also different. Therefore, in different regions, if the inhance role is play,and how extent does it plays produced a difference. In this paper, Anhui Province is changed as the research object, we research if Foreign direct investment is on the impact on export trade in Anhui Province by data analysis methods, and research the extent of the impact and the causes of the impact,and research how to better use this influence to promote the development of export trade of Anhui Province. This paper reviews the previous theory about foreign direct investment and exports firstly, and analysis foreign direct investment impact on the role of export promotion in theory. Second, We analyzed the development process and characteristics of the direct foreign investment in Anhui Province in this article, through its own longitudinal comparison and horizontal contrast with Jiangsu Province, we evaluation of the status of the total exports and the export product structure in Anhui Province, and on this basis, we describes the development path of foreign direct investment and export trade of Anhui Province, and proposed the suppose of the relationship between them. Then we selected two representative indicators that are total exports and the the export structure, using data analysis methods, we confirmed that FDI does have an impact on export trade in Anhui Province, and know the extent of the impact, how foreign direct investment plays a role on export of anhui province, then we analysis how foreign direct investment plays a role on export of anhui province and the barriers that exist currently.Finally,for the problems that we find in the foregoing analysis, we propose the strategy for how to enhance the export of Anhui Province by better use of foreign direct investment.
