The convention and exhibition economy is a new type of economy centered on conference and exhibition, a comprehensive economy with strong aggregation and radiation effects. It is the product of the development of the market economy to a certain stage and has been born and developed to meet the demand of information exchange of market economy.Through various forms of exhibitions, fairs and international conferences, in the transmission of information and knowledge, a lot of business opportunities are also created and bring direct economic benefits. The convention and exhibition economy can boost the development of related industries such as transportation, telecommunications, advertising, printing, food & beverage, tourism, and service industry. Meanwhile, it can also improve the city visibility, promote city economic and trade cooperation, enhance the construction of urban infrastructure, improve the quality of urban civilization, and thus produce very substantial indirect economic and social benefits. Therefore, it has been the concern of various parties.
