Since China's reforms and opening to the world, there have been a new economic phenomenon in our economy life. That's meaning in all over the country especially in some big cities, there are all kinds of meetings increasing, such as international or domestic technical interchange meeting, trade fair, information releasing and economic seminar etc. And also some comprehensive exhibitions and economic fairs appear in succession As the special component of the service trade, because of its close relativity and positive impetus to relevant trade development, receive the great attention of the governments at all levels.However, a lot of areas runs convention and exhibition vigorously at present, they think highly of running while paying insufficient attention to management, which has influenced the normal development of the convention and exhibition industry seriously. Therefore, it is necessary to carry on systematic research on the exhibition.This dissertation has reviewed the developing course of the exhibition economics from the historical analytic point of view, analyzing the economic background of our country's convention and exhibition. Through the longitudinal and transverse comparative assay, this dissertation explores the economic conditions indispensable to the convention and exhibition domain. By the study of development background of our country's convention and exhibition and the personnel cultivation status, this article bring forward the development pattern and personnel cultivation mechanism of this trade in our nation.
