Theory And Application Study Of Humanistic Management Of Enterprise

Along with the development of the theory of management, the modern enterprise management entered into the stage of humanistic management. In enterprise, the application of humanistic management theory has been inevitable. However, at present, the humanistic management theory hasn't form a unified conclusion, and research also stayed at the theoretical level. Therefore, the research of humanistic management theory and application is very urgent.The paper focus on the theory and application of humanistic management research, based on the domestic and foreign experts and scholars research achievements, and the practical situation, summarizes the meaning of humanistic management and the characteristics of humanistic management theory, the theoretical framework, basic elements and the content.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper selects the W enterprise as object of the case analysis, and proposed countermeasures after a detailed analysis of the present situation. In view of the whole enterprise, analysis the state of W enterprise, and summarizes some methods that are practical and effective, in order to improve the current situation of humanistic management of W enterprise. The development and innovation of the theory can improve the effect of the practice application, and the actual cases can raise the level of humanistic management theory. Therefore, the combination of theory and application can effectively promote the development of humanistic management.
