Humanistic management refers to a series of management methods to maximize people's activity and creativity.As ways to improve employee's productivity,the people-oriented management concept has been accepted by all sectors of society.This paper takes company J as the research subject and analyses the application of humanistic management.The preliminary investigation shows that company J has carried out people-oriented management construction including organizing employees to participate in social league activities,creating an enterprise family atmosphere,and establishing corporate culture publications.Further,this paper analyzes the status of humanistic management of company J by questionnaire surveys.Specifically,based on existing literatures and the characteristics of company J,this paper chooses 50 humanistic management contents to investigate the degree of employees' attention of company J.Next,selecting the 20 most concerned items and investigating the employees' satisfaction of company J about the contents.At the same time,this paper also investigated the understanding degree of manager to employees through interest and hobby matching.The survey results show that company J still has the following problems.(1)In terms of employee motivation,performance appraisal system is inflexible.Salary payment has low transparency.Welfare design is too primitive.(2)In the spirit of the company,the equalitarianism liability is more serious.Cultural construction is perfunctory and lacking in perspectiveness.(3)In terms of management system,the functions of departments is overlap and the efficiency is too low.The idea that Leadership is the highest is serious.According to the above analysis,this paper puts forward following Suggestions.(1)It is necessary for company J to built the reasonable salary system and a scientific assessment mechanism to improving thecompany's salary management.Simultaneously,company J must ensure the well-being of employees.(2)Company J should ensure the fairness of allocation and optimize the related content of humanistic management.(3)Company J should improve the level of enterprise leadership from multiple dimensions and clarify the specific responsibilities of each department.
