With the development of economic, many enterprises realize that human resource play an important role in the development of enterprises. More and more attention is paid to promotion and recruitment. Meanwhile, there is more development on theory and technology of assessment.A comprehensive and objective evaluation can be made for an employee by recent assessment method, which affects human resource management on consultation and guidance. However, there are some shortages and limitation on recent assessment method, which limit the assessment of ability and capability of an employee. Especially management-skill assessment relays on interview and assessment center. There will be improvement in efficiency and effectiveness about this way.For effective assessment of employees' management, this paper develops an assessment method—management-skill-assessment. This assessment method combines advantage and merit of many sophisticated assessment technologies in the way of written examination, whose target is competency. Meanwhile, it is very different with recent assessment method. To verify the validity of this assessment method, 200 middle-level manager received assessments with this method. This paper collected this reach data. Through demonstration analysis, this paper verifies criterion validity of this assessment method, proves the reach-assumption. And it analyzes affecters of management on a basis of regression model, such as position, work experience and so on.The full text is divided into five chapters, introducing major concepts and research methods, theory of literature, introduction of practical theory and management-skill-assessment, the assumption and method of demonstration analysis, as well as the conclusions and recommendations. In all the content, introduction of management-skill-assessment, demonstration analysis of criterion validity, establishment and analysis of regression model, conclusions and recommendations are the core of this paper.
