With the accelerating process of the transformation and upgrading of China's social and economic system,modern enterprises are facing more and more uncertainties.The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.It is impossible to guarantee the long-term development of enterprises simply relying on technology and financial strength.The human capital factor is especially the value of management team leadership in the enterprise is highlighted.In such a situation,it is particularly important for corporate executives to be qualified for their positions,and they are the core elements that guarantee the sustainable development of the company and deal with many external uncertainties.Nantong Huiran Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.(abbreviated as H Company)is mainly engaged in the sales and after-sales service of the process control instruments of the water treatment industry(mainly the Siemens electromagnetic water meter).In recent years,it has benefited from the development of the municipal market,and the company's business volume has rapidly expanded.At the same time,it also put forward higher requirements for the company's management.In view of this,the strategic research value of management competency evaluation and promotion highlights.This paper combines the competency theory with the practical experience of H company managers' competence building,uses the relevant theory of competency,and combines H company's actual operation situation and management personnel's competency situation to evaluate and analyze systematically the managerial competence.The status and problems existed,and the competency evaluation system and promotion strategy were formulated in a targeted manner and achieved good results.This study not only effectively improved the competency of H company managers,but also constructed a set of evaluation models and evaluation systems for competency,which provided practical reference for the evaluation of other small private company managers' competency for competency evaluation and promotion.
