We have start to enter the 3G era in China, mobile phones becoming the fifth media after the print media, radio, television, the Internet is already a consensus. Based on the mobile phone media mobile advertising is in full swing, it is recognized one of the most potential 3G "killer" business. However, due to its new areas and new forms of service, mobile operators encountered many problems when operating in the project. Therefore, it is the right time to research mobile advertisement project risk managementThrough the application of risk management analytical methods, this paper systematically discusses risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, all aspects of the mobile operators in mobile advertising project risk management. I hope this paper will be useful to improve the level of project risk management, achieve both social and economic benefits harvest by referencing advanced international industry experience, combining with the concrete practice in our own country, using the maturity model of mobile phone advertising project risk management methods. |
