In the contemporary era of knowledge economies,knowledge management is becoming more and more important as intelligence capital has become the power for fortune.Whoever makes knowledge innovation and manages knowledge well will get to be preponderant in furious competition.The project management of Software development,as an activity closely linked with knowledge management,is permeated with the basics of knowledge management.And the knowledge innovation and exploitation has become an important factor leading to the success of a software development project.This first part of article represents the key factors and activities of knowledge management during software development basing on the theoretical Knowledge of project management,knowledge management and software developing process.And represents the methods and steps of implementing knowledge management during software development. This paper also analyzes the obstacles and problems of implementing knowledge management during software development in our country.This second part basing on the compatible theoretical structure of CMM,merging CMMI and KMMM,put forward the KCMMI,a software development model basing on knowledge management.This paper analyzes in detail the 10 process areas which have close relationship with knowledge management,make it clear that how to implement the KCMMI in company.This third part provides a method of constructing open,interactive and expanding KCMMI platform using Web2.0's technology base on the KCMMI model.This paper analyzes the requirements,form the basic structure and give advises and explanations on the platform implementing technology.
