Knowledge is becoming more and more important resources in enterprises. The fast development of computer network knowledge facilitates the enterprises to obtain more knowledge. However, at the same time, much useful knowledge is disturbed by the fake ones, which leads to the low efficiency in knowledge utilization and low-level duplicated study and makes new employees hard to learn relevant knowledge.Therefore, the paper proposed the method and software system of evaluation of enterprises knowledge in the environment of Web 2.0 on the basic of "Haier Knowledge Network" and "Joint Construction of Garment Standard" which were subprojects of important science and technology projects in China and in Zhejiang Province. Firstly, the background of the research including the demand of knowledge evaluation and development of Web2.0 were analyzed. Then, the current research situation of knowledge evaluation, especially the academic evaluation, network resources evaluation and enterprise knowledge evaluation were summarized. After that, the paper mainly focused on the study of enterprises knowledge evaluation mechanism, evaluation model, the evaluation method that integrated the knowledge with users and the solution which combined knowledge evaluation with the employees' daily usage of knowledge based on Web2.0.Two enterprise knowledge evaluation methods were proposed in this paper.The first one was the joint construction and evaluation of the enterprise standardized knowledge. It used the Wiki technology to make employees participate in the knowledge joint construction prossilble. Meanwhile, it took the advantage of the Digg technology and voting platform to evaluate the joint construction items with mass wisdom.The second one was the joint construction and evaluation of the enterprise knowledge which were needed to assess. On the basic of the knowledge obtained though Net Spider and Wiki technology, the two evaluation algorithms integrating the knowledge and employees based on Web2.0 were studied, one of which was based on statistical analysis and the other of which was on linkage analysis. The first algorithm combined the knowledge evaluation with employees' daily knowledge usage which was given a record, track, statistics and analysis. The second algorithm computed the employees' ability of rating and knowledge value relatively, which were affected mutually. In other words, different rating ability of employees should have different rating weighting on the same knowledge while the rating ability were decided by the final knowledge value rated by all the participatory employees. Thus, enterprises could select the valued knowledge by the employees and used the employees' rating ability as the assessment criteria.Finally, a prototype of enterprises knowledge evaluation platform based on Web 2.0 was developed using SSH framework. The platform contained the evaluating knowledge, standardizing knowledge, evaluation management and system management. Evaluating knowledge and standardizing knowledge realized the joint construction and evaluation for the enterprise knowledge needed to assess and the standardiazed knowledge. In the evaluation management, people could see the rank of the knowledge and paticipants. It provided the authority management and user information management in the system management part.
